The CANA001442 is a very small yet modern 18 m2 studio on the 5th floor (with lift) of the Palais Miramar, a beautifully renovated residence located on the Croisette near the Carlton Hotel. The apartment is located on the back side of the building. The living space consists of a double sized sofa bed, flat screen TV, air conditioning, Internet, a small shower room with shower and kitchenette (yes, they are in the same little room).
