The CANA001415 is a spacious and bright studio in a secured and totally renovated residence, the Palais Miramar, located directly on the Croisette just an 11 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals and directly in front of the beach. The studio itself is not renovated, but is quite spacious and bright, with minimal furnishings and a beautiful balcony with partial sea views. The Murphy bed can be stored in the wall when not in use, or pulled down. It has a real mattress, so the quality of the bed is good. The bathroom has a bathtub, no shower but there is a hand held shower head (not attached to the wall). The simple kitchen has 2 hobs and an oven.
