This cute little villa is situated in Mandelieu, a 10 minute drive from the centre of Cannes. The villa itself is 200m2 on an area of 1600m2. Inside there are three bathrooms and three bedrooms, the living room has a sofa bed and in each of the bedrooms there are double beds. The living room and two of the bedrooms enter out to a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a guest toilet downstairs. There is lots of terraces, garden furniture and sun loungers to relax beside the swimming pool.
