The ground floor consists of lounge and fully equipped american kitchen, guest toilets, home cinema, gym and summer lounge area with flat screen tv, which leads to the swimming pool. There is also a covered bbq area. First floor: Master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath. Three bedrooms with single bed and either a ensuite bathroom with shower or separate bathroom with shower. A fifth bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, each with double bed and ensuite or separate bathroom with shower. Some area of the second floor have lower ceilings. Aside from the luxurious decor of the property, there is an additional guest house which consists of another 2 bedrooms which may be also rented upon request. Parking permitted for up to 6 cars, safe, wifi, air conditioning, and there is a caretaker who lives onsite.
